Building 3046 was initially reported to the Condo Association as being 1 unit that was divided into two sections E1 and E2. Research into the original title shows that it is actually divided in to two units 3046 #100 and 3046#101. The square footage on the origin plat does not match the square footage of the City of Winchester tax records, nor does it match the square footage that was reported to the Condo Association. The present owner of building 3046 has moved the interior wall between the units so that the square footage of what is currently present in each unit does not match what is on the original Condo Association documents. It is unclear why the original square footage of the building reported to the Condo Association does not match the original documents. It is clear the current owner has changed the internal configuration of the building, and this does match the City of Winchester tax records. The Condo Association was not aware of the internal changes to building 3046. In order to correct these discrepancies, the Condo Association owners need to approve the change in the Condo Association Bylaws/Documents to a reflect the current square footage that is ACTUALLY PRESENT NOW in units 3046#100 and 3046#101 and the City of Winchester tax records.
